The same basic diet and lifestyle recommendations can help most everyone get better, regardless of their health conditions or disease. So why is this so complicated? Why are there so many Diets and nutrition information in the media, newspapers, magazines, the internet or the books?

Diet landscape is huge!

0ver 100 dietary theories - Ayurvedic, Keto, vegan, raw food, carb cycling, gluten-free, Zone, Paleo, Macrobiotics, etc., and ultimately diets dont work and no one way of eating works for everyone.

You don’t need to go in depth and exhaust studying each of these theories but rather to experiment with different eating styles and food sensitivities to find out what works for your unique make up. Integration of the different dietary theories, we will look at the pros and cons of many diets, from traditional to fad diets. This is so you are aware that there are options of eating styles out there and a greater understanding for your preferences and what will work for you. 

We will explore and develop the lifestyle changes that work for your individual needs so it can be sustained beyond your transformation.

Comprehensive Wellness Assessment & Strategy session

A 90 minute health and nutrition assessment plus minimum 1-3 nutrition, supplements and/or lifestyle changes that will move you towards reaching your goals, including optimal laboratory testing and resource recommnedations

Individual Transformation Programs

3 Month program – 12 sessions

6 Month program – 18 sessions

During the 12-18 sessions together I will wrok with you on your healthy transformation

In a typical session, I will share knowledge on topics that address your concerns and goals.

We will identify and work on your top 1-3 nutrition and/or lifestyle changes that will move you towards reaching your goals.

In each session we will examine progress from prior sessions, discuss challenges, develop modifications when needed, and discuss new actions tailored to your progress.
